We charge in 30 minute blocks starting upon our arrival to your home, office or business.
Once your service is complete you will be provided with an Invoice with options on how to pay. Other payment options are available upon request.
Generally $110 an hour or $160 an hour for weekends or after hours. For ongoing projects or complex projects we will provide you with a quote for any additional services or contract options.
As a general rule from Joondalup through to Rockingham, approx. 1hr drive from Perth City with a focus around Joondalup, Wangara, Ellenbrook, Wanneroo and Malaga area.
If you are based a little furtherr from Perth City please send a text message or contact us first to check. It may simply mean we book you on a day where we have more flexibility in our schedule.

Our hourly rates are our service fee for our technician. Any hardware or software is not included in this pricing.
Each appointment is 1hr long and depending on your needs appointment times vary. Your technician will always advise you along the way to ensure you are comfortable with proceeding.
To cancel please cancel within 12hrs of your appointment, you can reschedule on the booking appointment booking system. If it is less than 12hrs please contact us directly by phone to cancel or reschedule. As a courtesy we ask for cancellations to be no less than 2 hours notice.
